Puck Conveying: Busada tubing has been long-known for excellence in pneumatic conveying of cups, containers, caps and such. Our butyrate line enters its 7th decade. We also supply a USFDA NSF 51 approved PETG (Provista) tube (UVO stabilized) and Tritan (tough as nails) tubing for chain and puck conveyance.
In this particular application, we run a 2.75″ OD with a .246w with an ID tolerance of +-.010. We also maintain exceptional clarity in the bend, something that is difficult to do with copolyesters.
